3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Quotation: All pricing is provided in a formal written quotation. Quotes are valid for the period specified on the quotation and may be subject to change thereafter.

3.2 Payment: Payment terms will be specified on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may attract interest or additional fees.

4. Delivery

Delivery details and timelines will be arranged at the time of order confirmation. While UniqueCem will make every effort to meet agreed timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery terms (such as ex-works or delivered) will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

5. Warranty and Product Standards

5.1 Warranty: UniqueCem warrants that all products supplied will meet the relevant Australian standards and specifications provided at the time of order. Further warranty information may be provided with specific products if applicable.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: UniqueCem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of business, profits, or anticipated savings. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the goods supplied.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

7. Changes to Terms

UniqueCem may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available upon request or accessible via our website.
